Midday Supervisor
Salary: Scale 2, Point 4 (FTE £24,100 / Actual £4,294 per annum)
Contract Hours: Part time (7.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year)
Contract term: Permanent
Start date: ASAP

St Edwards Church of England Academy is seeking to recruit a highly flexible, self-motivated and reliable Midday Supervisor to make a difference to the positive environment in which our pupils thrive.
Key tasks will be to supervise our students during break and lunchtime whether indoors or outside, cleaning responsibilities and litter picking.
You will:
- be able to work independently but contribute to a strong team ethos
- be flexible and open to change in order to meet the needs of our students and the needs of Academy and site users
- be pro-active, and willing to use your own initiative, as appropriate
- take a professional approach in your dealings with students and staff
- have the ability to remain calm and confident when under pressure
- be a team-player, open to advice, feedback and guidance from colleagues
- be able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner
- be resilient, hard –working and self-motivated
- be a good timekeeper
