Learning and Development Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract 24 Months)

As the Learning and Development Coordinator in the Organisation Development Team you will play a leading role in understanding the training needs of the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and then implementing an action plan to address the learning challenges, whilst growing our opportunities. We are currently migrating our online learning platform and require an in person offer to complement the digital platform.

We are looking for an experienced officer with a track record for delivering cross organisational projects. Strong facilitation and engagement skills are required to ensure effective co-design of training solutions to achieve the ambitions of our People Strategy.
