Location:
Mapleton Road, Chingford - Care home for older people and people with physical and sensory disabilities, cognitive impairment and people living with dementia.
Our service is inspected by the Care Quality Commission and aspire to be Outstanding.
Working Pattern:
working between 7:00am and 9:30pm, including weekend and bank holiday working as required to meet the needs of our residents.
Applicants should have minimum relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 3, QCF, or equivalent, and the ability to demonstrate a caring demeanour and key skills such of empathy, respect, dignity, and a willingness to learn is equally important. Must have ability to lead the shift and prioritise workload.
You must be able to work in line with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and the national and local strategy, whilst also remaining accountable for ensuring that you provide a safe, effective and quality service for those who use our service.
