The Post
In our Commercial Litigation team we are looking for a lawyer with experience in service charge and major works debt recovery, principally for our residential leases. The lawyer will be required to provide to our client department in respect of residential leases and occasionally commercial, advice on procedure and assistance in all areas of service charges, billing, recovery, litigation and enforcement. Ability to provide succinct legal advice and assistance to our clients is required.
The Person
We are looking for flexible individuals with good knowledge and experience in the area of service charge and major works recovery, section 20 consultation and demand procedures. The candidate will have the ability to work on a range of complex litigious debt recovery cases.
