The role – Asset Intelligence Officer

As Asset Intelligence Officer you will support the Asset Intelligence Manager in maintaining the organisation’s asset management and energy systems.  You will be responsible for ensuring that we have an emphasis on data integrity, on embedding robust processes and providing confidence in data that enables the creation of quality and fit for purpose investment plans.  

 

What you’ll do

You will

  • Provide high level administrative support to the Asset Intelligence Manager and the wider Assets & Sustainability Team through efficiently and accurately managing and maintaining Keystone.
  • Produce asset and energy information and reports in a variety of formats.
  • Manage the ongoing data collection processes through the delivery of an effective and efficient rolling stock condition survey programme.
  • Obtain information from contractors and suppliers to keep the database updated and accurate.
  • Perform routine investigations of data integrity.

 

What you’ll need

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Knowledge of Keystone or similar asset management systems.
  • Understanding of Decent Homes the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Energy Assessment procedures (SAP/RdSAP).
  • A meticulous approach to data with excellent communication skills.
