Salary: Scale 2.4 - £24,012 FTE (Including Outer London Allowance)
Actual Pro Rata Salary: £13,975 per annum
Times: 10:00am - 3:00pm

To help us with this, we are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Governance & Administration Manager to ensure efficient operation of office, with tasks including:
- Answer and direct phone calls, and cover the reception desk when required
- Produce and distribute correspondence, letters and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Conduct data entry & maintain computer filing systems
- Greet and assist visitors to the office and provide hospitality as required
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face enquiries
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Social media updating and support for the CORE team and Trust
The successful candidate will:
- Have a good standard of general education with evidence of qualification and capacity with numeracy and literacy skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills, both oral and written, including presentational skills.
- Be able to form and maintain good relationships
- Demonstrate flexibility in order to deal with the diverse needs of the post including ability to prioritise when balancing a number of different work requirements and projects
- Be able to work as part of team or independently
