Job introduction
Co-ordinating and delivering whole family support for families facing multiple disadvantage, identified as Tier 3 of the Brighton and Hove Threshold Document; to enable them to achieve positive outcomes including against the Supporting Families Programme ten outcome areas.
To provide long term whole-family support and deliver interventions to families with complex needs.

About the role
Brighton and Hove City Council has recently reviewed it’s Early Help services across the city. From April 2023 integrated multi-agency teams based in Family Hubs will provide a range of support to families and children aged 0-19 (25 with SEND) including delivering whole family support for families facing multiple-disadvantage. Our Family Hubs Keyworkers will be an integral part of this team - working with families below the social work threshold enabling them to achieve positive outcomes.

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
Work Permits: This role does not meet the requirement for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Points-based Immigration System. Successful candidates will need to evidence that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
