About Us:

Would you like to be a part of The London Borough of Hounslow, whose diverse workforce are
committed to making a positive difference for our residents and visitors by ensuring the quality of
our services are maintained to a high standard?

Hounslow Council is an outstanding council serving an outstanding borough. With brilliant,
visionary leadership, a dynamic Cabinet and a can-do culture, we’ve built strong partnerships
across the borough which have transformed how we serve one of London’s most diverse
boroughs. Hounslow is the world in one place, full of potential, but a borough hit hard -socially and economically -by Covid-19. We have stepped up for our residents and businesses like never
before.

About The Role:

At the London Borough of Hounslow, we have big ambitions, and our Housing and Tenancy
Management Services are helping us realise these, by transforming how we work for our
residents. Right now, we need everyone from supportive assistants to performance-driven
managers to join us in Housing and Income Performance.

In these roles, you’ll use data to help our residents. It’s about so much more than giving people a
home: it’s about giving everyone a future to look forward to. So, you’ll use data in incredibly
rewarding and purposeful ways.

You will be a highly motivated professional delivering a first class, modern and flexible
administrative support service in the Housing Income and Performance Service.  You have
excellent IT skills and are highly organised to deal with multiple tasks daily.  You enjoy working
with quantitative and qualitative data to understand the service behind it, making suggestions for
service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. When it comes to performance, you’ll combine your analytical skills with your people skills
to assist in monitoring, validating, and producing management information reports.

2. Plus, you’ll keep up with the latest legislative changes and always build on your
knowledge.

3. Whether you’re working from home, in our office or you’re out and about in the
community, you’ll put your communication skills to great use.

Your Skills:

1. We’re looking for people who challenge processes, nurture ideas, and drive forward
improvements.

2. You’ll need to be the kind of person who takes the initiative, makes evidence-based
decisions, and finishes what you start. If you do, and you’re the type to test, learn, refine,
and go again, you should apply.

We value diversity in its broadest sense. We're committed to creating an inclusive culture where
everyone is able to be themselves, give of their best and reach their full potential.  We believe that
a diverse workforce helps us to better understand our communities and deliver the best services
for our residents. We want to receive applications from all regardless of age, gender identity,
disability, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, religion or belief, race or ethnic
origin, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status or social economic background. We want to
harness the mix and ensure that everybody can apply and be part of our recruitment processes.
We will therefore make reasonable adjustments to accommodate our candidates.
