Full Time - 36 hours a week
£45,456 - £56, 493 pa (this salary includes the current marker supplement of £4000 pa)

This is an opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to gain exceptional experience and make a real difference to the future lives of our residents.
You will play a pivotal role in progressing a number of major schemes, delivering high quality development outcomes successfully through the statutory development management process.
Excellent customer focus is essential as is your ability to manage these projects to agreed timescales and quality criteria. For this role you will need to be confident and effective in dealing with applicants and their agents, Councillors, residents and other key stakeholders.
Successful candidates will have acquired substantial practical experience within a development management environment with a strong track record of project managing major projects through the planning process and achieving high quality outcomes. In addition, you will have Planning related degree and will have worked in development management at a local authority in the UK over a sustained period coupled with an in-depth knowledge of planning legislation.
