LOCATION:   Beresford Road, London E17 4LN  and Brookscroft Road, E17 4LH            

JOB TITLE:    Site Services Officer Level 1A

CONTRACT TYPE & SALARY DETAILS:

Scale 3 Point 5-6 £24,804 To £25,212 (inclusive of London Weighting)

Permanent Post 36 hours per week to start as soon as possible.

 An enthusiastic and self-motivated Site Services Officer is required for our welcoming Infant school and Early Years Centre. We have extensive grounds across our two sites and the successful candidate will be willing to contribute towards the effective provision of site services duties across both sites. This will include the following:

• Cleaning
• Site maintenance, painting and decorating
• Security
• Porterage
• Ground maintenance
• Health and safety
• Completing relevant paperwork

It is essential that you have a flexible approach, a high degree of motivation and be fully committed to working in a school environment. You will be required to show initiative and promote a positive image of the site through your work.

Previous experience is desirable.

We will need you to be committed to work between the hours of 10.30am to 6.30pm.
