Refugee and Resettlement Case Manager

Since 2017 Waltham Forest has pledged to support the Governments Refugee Resettlement Scheme, to accommodate and support families fleeing from worn torn countries. Resettlement Programme Support refugees from Syrian, Afghanistan and Ukraine.
We require an experienced Refugee and Resettlement Case Manager to manage the resettlement staff and ensure team members deliver excellent services to our residence. The post holder will support the programme Manager with the recruitment process and undertake regular staff appraisals and monitor performance.
Working with the programme Manager, the post holder is expected to participate in the on-going development of the services, produce information about the service offer, present information to internal and external stakeholders about the service.
