The Phoenix Federation consists of two primary schools in Deptford (the coolest High Street in London), Lucas Vale and Grinling Gibbons.
These are exciting and vibrant times at the Phoenix Federation. Under new leadership the schools are bursting with energy, ideas, and appetite for the future.
We are excited to have the opportunity to invite an individual who can under the guidance of the Executive Business Manager: be responsible for undertaking financial and administrative processes within the school to join our enthusiastic, happy, caring admin team.
This post is advertised at a Scale 4 salary (actual salary £25,480), 35 hours per week, 42 weeks per year.
Are you someone who can:
- Demonstrate a good level of maths.
- Manage day to day financial systems, including procurement and payment of invoices, BACS payments and monthly reconciliations.
- Manage manual and computerised finance systems.
- Work in a friendly and professional manner, with good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Undertake reception duties, such as answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries.
