LOTI Skills & Talent Manager
About us:
Come and join the London Office of Technology and Innovation (LOTI), the capital’s local government digital innovation team, to help borough councils improve the way they recruit, train and develop the digital, data and innovation talent they need.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to design, deliver and influence projects that can have an impact at a truly London-wide scale.
This is a two year fixed term contract.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a wide range of initiatives that help boroughs access the talent they need. This includes areas like establishing a cross-borough digital apprenticeship programme; hiring and overseeing the work of a pool of talented individuals in hard-to-fill roles that serve all LOTI’s members; setting up bespoke training programmes with major suppliers and much more besides.
While LOTI has a number of initiatives underway, you’ll be able to bring your full creativity and initiative to design and test new ways of meeting borough’s skills gaps.
Who we are:
The London Office of Technology and Innovation (LOTI) was established in July 2019 with a remit to help borough councils work together to bring the best of digital and data innovation to improve public services and outcomes for Londoners. LOTI is hosted by London Councils, a cross-party organisation representing London’s 32 borough councils and the City of London. Read about our work at: https://loti.london/
