Job introduction
Paid weeks per year: 47.15 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Actual salary £20,452 - £22,137
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm (45 minute unpaid break per day)
Start date: January/February 2023
Hove Park School is looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant with relevant experience of supporting students with SEMH Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. Candidates should also have relevant experience in supporting young people with: ASC, (Autism and Social Communication difficulties) and SpLD (Dyslexia/Dyspraxia).

The person appointed will truly believe that SEND is not a barrier to progress and that all young people can succeed. Particularly desirable is, experience of managing students with complex needs and an ability to respond positively to challenging behaviour.
