Lawyer/Senior Lawyer (MG1 only) – Civil Litigation

This innovative and ambitious legal practice is now seeking to recruit civil litigation (housing) lawyers to strengthen its team of lawyers and legal assistants with public and private sector backgrounds.
About you:
The successful candidate will take pride in delivering a high-quality service both individually, and as part of a team, and will enjoy an interesting and varied caseload dealing with all areas of civil litigation matters including the following but with a greater focus on housing law matters:
- Housing possession, disrepair and ASB injunctions
- Homelessness, judicial reviews and public law duties
- Contractual disputes
- Property litigation, covering both residential and commercial property issues
- Dispute resolution
- Advising licensing sub-committees and conducting statutory appeals
- Debt recovery

Applications are welcomed from newly qualified lawyers as well as experienced civil litigation lawyers. The role is a career graded post encompassing grades G10, G11 and MG1. Internal applications for advancement to the next grade are usually considered on an annual basis.
