About The Role:
To assist Adults and Health undertake business process mapping and where necessary take the lead on this mapping.
Manage staff from different functional areas allocated to undertake work packages and ensure that Senior Business Analysts and or Business Systems Team Leader are informed of progress.
Manage teams of staff in the systematic review of business processes with the aim of maximising efficiency and reducing costs while protecting or improving service quality.
Manage change control process based on business process mapping and change requirements from Adults and Health delivery unit and ensure social care database is maintained in line with operational service requirements
Manage and deliver system configuration changes as agreed by change control board
Manage and deliver financial uplifts on Mosaic as per direction of customer finance
To develop business models; within computer applications for end user testing and acceptance and to assist in the definition of outputs.
About you:
A good general education to enable effective verbal and written communication
Development & Maintenance of Mosaic Application business functions
Ability to understand procedures and links between systems
Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word
