The Role:

We are seeking to recruit an experienced parking representations officer for 24 months to assist in the continuous improvement of our parking service. The post is based in London Bridge at our Tooley Street offices.

You will contribute to the achievement of quality customer care, including providing excellent customer service to our residents using your detailed knowledge of parking and traffic enforcement.

You will use your IT, people skills and knowledge to carry out a variety of activities including dealing with representations, parking appeals and customer complaints at other stages of the statutory process and providing feedback on issues raised to management and contractors.

To ensure that service targets are met and continuous improvement is achieved.

An essential part of the role is to keep up-to-date with knowledge of the legal framework surrounding parking and traffic enforcement including Government guidelines and statistical returns.

About You:

You will contribute to the achievement of quality customer care, including providing excellent customer service to our residents and vulnerable customers using your detailed knowledge of parking & traffic enforcement and relevant statutory procedures.

You will use your experience and knowledge to carry out a variety of activities including dealing with contracted Enforcement Agents (bailiff) and the Traffic Enforcement Centre in Northampton County Court.

An essential part of the role is to keep up to date with knowledge of the legal framework surrounding parking and traffic enforcement including Government guidelines and statistical returns.
