The Role:

We are looking for a Team Manager who can lead by example and we will offer you the support to manage and lead your team to meet the highest  standards of performance.You will be committed to person centred working and an ethos of co-production. You will help embed our Strengths Based Practice Approach in the service and be responsible for service development and improvement.

  • Case Management Team
