The Post
These two roles in our fast growing contracts team, and is primarily to support the delivery of the council’s regeneration programmes, including developing South Kilburn into a sustainable and mixed neighbourhood to create a real sense of place and belonging, as well as projects in St. Raphael’s Estate and Northwick and many other parts of the borough.
This post offers an opportunity to become involved in a spectrum of the more complex and cutting-edge legal work that other Boroughs might outsource and to benefit from the breadth and depth of knowledge of colleagues in the team.

The Person
As an experienced senior contracts lawyer, you will have a sound understanding and extensive experience of regeneration projects, procurement regulations and statutory processes that apply within local government. This doesn’t mean you have to have worked with local government previously. You will need specific expertise in advising on construction and other regeneration related contracts.
You will be a strong team player, able to play an effective influencing role in project teams, with enthusiasm for the projects that will be the primary focus of this role.
As an experienced senior contracts lawyer, you will have a sound understanding and extensive experience of regeneration projects, procurement regulations and statutory processes that apply within local government.
