As a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer, you can make your own powerful contribution.
You’ll play a significant role in improving our adult social care services. You’ll do this by joining our local intelligence gathering network, which monitors the quality of our care service providers. As part of this, you’ll work closely with commissioning and operational teams in Adult Social Care, who maintain QA and performance frameworks.
Together with our QA manager, you’ll also help embed an effective performance management culture across our directorate, putting constant improvement at the heart of our work.
Beyond this, you’ll help us develop self-auditing programmes, support and coach commissioners and practitioners, and implement data quality and recording standards across the directorate’s systems.
It’s varied and challenging work that will ultimately improve our ability to help vulnerable people across two high profile London boroughs – the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster.

You’ll need experience working in the care provider sector, with a good understanding of adult social care, performance management and QA systems, and relevant frameworks and legislation.
With good data analysis and IT skills, you’ll be able to quickly grasp complex information and make effective decisions based on your findings. Good communication, risk assessment and organisational skills are also important.
You might also have relevant formal qualifications, but we’re also open to considering equivalent experience.
