Do you want to help to boost London’s supply of homes and support for some of the most vulnerable Londoners in the capital?
The Specialist and Supported Housing team at the GLA deliver new homes through our partners across a range of the Mayor’s capital funding programmes to meet all different needs in the capital and we are looking for someone to help make it a continued success.
If you love to make sense of complex projects, managing risks, budgets and performance, and want to apply your skills to meaningful work that changes the lives of Lononers, we have an opportunity for you on the Mayor’s specialist and supported housing programmes.
You will be responsible for delivery and monitoring of these programmes, making sure that our programmes are delivering high quality housing on time and within budget, and reporting progress internally and to central government.
This role will work closely with colleagues from across the wider Housing and Land directorate, particularly our Programme Team, and externally with officials at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and Department for Health and Social Care.
Experience of managing and analysing data and performance on capital housing programmes or for homelessness or other social care services is vital and expertise using Excel will be something you draw on regularly in this role. Your proven problem-solving and analysis abilities will be matched by well-developed communication skills to help others understand your findings to maximise the impact of our work for London.

This role will be based at London Fire Brigade’s Head Office (Union Street SE1 0LL). GLA staff are hybrid working up to 3 days a week in our offices and remotely depending on their role. As part of this, you will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office.
