The Role:

We are looking for Advanced Practitioner Social Workers to join our Adults, Complex Team, working 4 days a week. Supporting the Team Manager, this role will be responsible for providing professional support and direction to social care staff in the Integrated Health and Social Care Team. There will also be a reduced case load. You will play a vital role in promoting quality, best practice and person-centred care in the service provision for Adults with physical disabilities and Older People in the Borough. There will also be a cross-over with mental health and other areas of social work.

About You:

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will need:

•    A recognised Social Worker qualification
•    Relevant professional registration (Social Work England)
•    Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or children within a health and social care setting
•    Experience of providing staff or student supervision.
