Parents And Children Together (PACT) has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Hub Admin Assistant to help us drive our ambitions forward.

PACT has developed a unique online platform that is already supporting thousands of adopters, foster carers, special guardians and professionals across the country. Our platform CATCH - Children And Trauma Community Hub | PACT Charity is enabling users to build their resilience, learn and develop and find help and support 24/7.

Do you have the passion and skills to be our new Digital Hub Admin Assistant to support our team to grow Catch and to support those who we reach through our digital platform?

What we do

PACT is a leading independent adoption charity in the UK, placing children with secure and loving families and supporting them with specialist therapeutic support. Our most recent Ofsted inspection rated our adoption service as “Outstanding”.

We also run community projects for children and adults facing multiple disadvantages including our Alana House women’s community programme and Bounce Back 4 Kids, a therapeutic domestic abuse recovery programme for families.

How you could add value

This role within our Marketing and Communications team will provide the administrative support needed to continue the efficient running of the service for our users and offer great customer service to our partners. This role will also be responsible for providing administrative support for the upcoming Bounce Hub which provides domestic violence support and training.  You will monitor the digital hub inboxes, set up new users, develop good relationships with Hub partners, maintain databases and spreadsheets and efficiently run analytical reports for the Hub team.

We are looking for someone with good interpersonal and customer service skills who is proficient in Microsoft Office.  The role requires a highly organised individual who can produce results with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as provide a creative approach to solutions.
