This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Housing Performance & Improvement Team. The team lead on a range of improvement projects making a big difference to the services provided to residents and staff.
Fixed term until end of September 2023

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Performance & Improvement Team who work across the Housing service and are shaping services for residents and staff.
As well as team management, the postholder is responsible for business functions across all Housing teams. These include:
- Optimising operational performance through service reviews, managing change and embedding improvement.
- Leading on research, benchmarking, business planning, performance reporting, policy analysis, data security, customer profiling and good practice development.
- Supporting Heads of Service to achieve local and council-wide organisation development objectives (including employee engagement, equalities, performance management, communications, and learning & development) that facilitate the delivery of impactful, customer focussed services.
- Directing a programme of work to deliver against the seven commitments set out in the social housing white paper that social housing residents should be able to expect from their landlord.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
