Introduction

We are based in Kennington. Across the road from the local Underground station. The area is swimming in history. It is a site for a former Royal Palace, a site a Hollywood legend (Charlie Chaplin) once called home, and Geoffrey Chaucer (“Canterbury Tales”) once worked here. Like the great author, you could work here too. 

Cottington Close Estate is owned by Lambeth Council. It is managed on their behalf by Cottington Close Resident Management Organisation. As the name suggests, we are a resident led Organisation. It is our residents, and, our Community, which helps us to keep growing. 

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Resident and Community Engagement Officer. If you are excited about working in Kennington (who wouldn’t?), working for a resident led Organisation and enjoy working with residents and community groups, this is the job for you.

You will be working with the residents and community we serve with the aims to help achieve customer satisfaction, engage with our residents and the community to help Cottington Close Resident Management Organisation continue to grow.
