Housing Complaints and Customer Feedback Officer

Grade 6 £32,112-£35,496 per annum

Havering Council are looking to recruit a Complaints and Customer Feedback officer within Housing Services. 

The post available is to record, investigate and respond to complaints and Councillor/MP enquiries in line with procedures and within corporate timescales.
In collaboration with others, ensure that complaints are dealt with promptly and sensitively, logging and reporting service failures and complaints to help prevent their reoccurrence. Provide information to enable the relevant services to learn from the complaints and enquiries received.  Make suggestions for service development or improvement.
Undertake a range of work within operational teams associated with both statutory and non-statutory complaints and representations. Provide consistently high quality replies to complaints for managers and their teams.
To process and provide information on Freedom of Information, Data Protection Act requests and Ombudsman cases in line with statutory and corporate deadlines.
