The Role:
As our Project and Innovation Manager, you will drive continuous improvement and innovation across a range of housing, major works, and community service programmes.
You will develop structures and cultures that embrace innovation and improvements, using a range of mechanisms, tools and processes. This will mean embracing and promoting an agile culture that encourages teams to deliver change quickly and responsively, with a robust approach that provide assurance for residents and the wider council.
