Fixed Term (18 months) – Full Time

Redbridge is an ambitious, diverse and exciting east-London borough. What we do is driven by changing our relationship with local people to support our vision. As a result, we've developed innovative ways to build our communities and transform our Council.

We're one of the fastest growing parts of the country and the third most diverse London borough. Our communities are attracted by a mixture of excellent schools, relatively affordable housing, high-quality open space and rapid transport connections into the heart of the city.

Want to reshape digital services for a leading London Borough? Want to be part of improving the way we do things for our residents? If so you’ll be joining a new team of people who bring together innovative ways to develop strategy, technology and design together to benefit the services we provide. We are investing in a team of people from various specialisms with a passion to develop solutions to local government services.

This is a role and opportunity to join a team that will support you in your ideas and new approaches to ensure services improve and thrive for our community. The type of projects and work is huge, but we are committed to developing our staff, growing your experience in a culture of collaboration and curiosity. We want to create innovative digital solutions by putting our users at the centre of everything we do.

Who are we looking for?

Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary Agile team, someone who can scope and prioritise large complex changes to systems and services. Someone comfortable analysing processes in service development and recommending new approaches. We want an influencer to enhance the products and services we use at Redbridge.

If you think you can make an impact on the work we are doing here at Redbridge, then we want to hear from you. Remember in your application to evidence all those projects you have worked on so we can see you have the exact skills and ambition we are looking for.

We are going to change things for the better at Redbridge, so if you want to build digital services with a purpose and fancy a new challenge to do something different then we want to hear from you.
