Marketing Assistant (Social)
Full Time 37 hours per week
£19,449 - £20,796 per annum – depending on experience and qualifications
Based across the St Albans and Welwyn Garden City Campus
Oaklands College is looking for an energetic individual to work with the promotion of the College and curriculum areas across all our digital channels. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter You Tube, TikTok and many other platforms make up our accelerating digital presence.
You will be working with internal and external stakeholders to help increase awareness, digital engagement and drive more traffic to our website. Also working on other digital projects within the team to help with increased online activities. A team player with “can do” attitude ready to work in friendly, flexible team at a marketing and commercial level.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of working in a marketing or similar role and has events experience with public facing marketing activities. Some knowledge of design packages preferable (e.g., Photoshop, Indesign, Canva). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Driving licence essential as the role involves traveling in and around the local area.
