About the role 

If you love databases, excel, and manipulating datasets to provide meaningful information – this role is for you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Health and Safety Support / Data Administration Officer, with excellent English language skills, to join our recently established in-house health and safety team.

As our information is stored online in a variety of databases and applications, you will be very confident and competent in using databases, extracting information to report in excel format (including graphs and tables), manipulating and comparing different datasets, setting up new users and loading new courses, files and forms. Knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous. This role will be the first point of contact for arranging training throughout the borough and will help triage accident forms.

You will have a good attention to detail and excellent written communication skills and be able to prepare agendas and reports for meetings and write up minutes.
