We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable project officer to work in a small team responsible for our Early Career Teachers and Core Professional Development strategies.

You will help deliver the smooth running of project administration and carry-out administrative duties as required by the project management team which will include the coordination and development of our programmes and offers. You will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders, including senior school leaders, Teaching School Hubs, the STA, and the Dfe. The ECT & CPD Project Officer will also have the opportunity to interact with external organisations to coordinate projects on behalf of Hackney Education school improvement service.

In this post, you will be responsible for the day to day support of the ECT/CPD projects and programmes. We are looking for somebody with a strong commitment to high level service delivery and who will routinely go the extra mile to help our customers. Your ability to think laterally and view administration management holistically will be critical.

You will have outstanding attention to detail; coupled with exceptional organisation skills and a solution focused attitude, able to prioritise workloads and communicate effectively with customers, staff and professionals at all levels.
