Ideally you will have local government experience, but we also welcome applications from those who come from the private sector. We are looking for a part-time Lawyer to join our friendly Litigation and Corporate Law team and play a key role in the successful delivery of quality legal services to the Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied and intellectually challenging caseload. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to work across disciplines in corporate, licensing, constitutional, local government law, and information governance.
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive. This is a career grade opportunity and appointment will be made at or within Grade 11 – 16 dependent upon your level of experience.
