To underpin and contribute to this ambitious journey we are looking for proficient, skilled, and experienced HR professionals to join our Team.

Senior HR Advisor – Policy Development – Fixed term – 18 months
Salary £41,586 - £44,628 - Grade (PO4)


We are looking for an experienced proactive, engaged and enthusiastic professional to join
our dynamic People & Organisational Development team.


This is a great opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the HR journey. As the lead
practitioner on policy development, you will be managing a portfolio of policies, leading and
undertaking engagement, consultation, implementation and maintaining a thorough
understanding of policy issues and the needs of the Council.
