Stanford Junior School is looking to appoint a School Business manager to fulfil the role within school asap. We are looking for a reliable, committed and enthusiastic staff member who will be responsible for the day to day operational aspects of the school including finance, administration, human resources (including safeguarding), employment, buildings and facilities management, health & safety, as well as reporting to and working closely with the head-teacher, ensuring the smooth running of the school.
About the role
The successful candidate should:
- have a background in business management or finance
- have understanding of human resources management (including safeguarding)
- have understanding of buildings and facilities management including health & safety co-ordinator
- work well as part of a team
A good working knowledge of school’s systems including SIMS and FMS would be an advantage.
