Stoneydown Park Primary School are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, experienced After School Club Leader to manage our thriving club that is highly valued by our working parents as a safe and happy place where their children are well cared for. Our school has an Infant site and a Junior site and there is After School Club provision on both sites. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with children and parents , be highly organised, be able to lead a confident and efficient team that is highly motivated. They should also be a team player who is flexible and able to multi-task in a calm, patient and professional manner.
The post holder will manage across the two sites (100 meters apart) together and liaise closely with the Deputy Head Teacher.
The person we appoint will:
- Be able to line manage other in a sympathetic and effective and efficient manner
- Be an excellent communicator with a calm approach
- Be highly organised
- Be an experienced play leader
- Be enthusiastic and flexible
- Have experience of working in a school environment for a minimum of 2 years
