Support Worker
We have vacancies in one of our Chelmsford Services. We are looking for people who can work alongside our Peabody Values and support our customers who have a learning disability and Mental Health to enjoy their lives to the full and have the opportunity to fulfil all their dreams and aspirations.
This full time, permanent Care Support Worker role will include an element of personal care (prompting with intimate personal care, help prepare food, support administration of medication and support with their Health and Wellbeing ). Support our customers to enjoy recreational activities and explore new adventures
Driving is not essential, however you will be expected to support our customers locally on public transport.
We do require you to be flexible enough to work across a 24/7 rota which does cover a 365 days a year.
Example of shift patterns: 07.00-14.30, 14.30-22.00, 22.00-07.00 ( sleep in) and also shifts to cover customers' 1-1 hours that can be between 09.00-16.30, 10.00-17.30 or 11.00-18.30. You will be expected to be able to work all of these shift patterns.
