The role of Resourcing Advisor is key to help ensure Camden achieve their goals as you will work closely with services to recommend, implement and evaluate effective and timely recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
The role
You will establish requirements at inception to ensure these are fully understood and appropriate sourcing methods are implemented so the best talent is attracted. You will ensure the best possible service for hiring managers at all times as you will be expected to monitor the progress of recruitment campaigns, identify potential problems at an early stage, inform of remedial courses of action and ensure hiring managers are kept informed along the full recruitment cycle.
You will provide advice to hiring managers on a range of subjects such as use of social media, assessment and selection, interview guidance and support on recruitment system (Taleo) to ensure informed resourcing decisions are made.
About you
To be successful in the Resourcing Adviser role you will have experience of working in a results-orientated environment, candidates for this position are welcomed from either recruitment agencies or internal recruitment teams. Naturally consultative in your approach, you will be comfortable liaising with key stakeholders, have a strategic vision and will be confident guiding Line Managers on best practice and providing strong analysis. You will have a thorough understanding of attraction methodologies including direct sourcing, social media and knowledge of assessments.
