Job introduction
Paid weeks per year: 47.15 inclusive of holiday entitlement
Start date: 1st September 2022
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work within a diverse and forward thinking Inclusion Department. It is an ever changing and developing environment that requires a leader that can adapt to the needs of Longhill High school and its students. The successful candidate will be required to have relevant experience in dealing with group dynamics, individual interventions and coordinating individual programmes.
About the role
The inclusion team works across Longhill High school in a myriad of ways, these include staff training, staff support, lesson support, advice and guidance, strategic advice, activity/trip support, group interventions, subject support, lesson observations and a general supportive shoulder.
