Human Resources Project Assistant
We are looking for an experienced proactive, engaged and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic People & Organisational Development team. This is a great opportunity for the Human Resources Project Assistant to get involved in all aspects of the HR journey.
As the Human Resources Project Assistant, you will provide first line operational support across the business and will be supporting all aspects of the generalist HR remit, including day-to-day operations, dealing with a high volume and complex operational issues, as well as providing HR information and guidance, plus working with the policies and procedures in line with best practice.
To encourage a culture of continuous improvement and modernisation to customers on all HR issues, the role of the Human Resources Project Assistant advises managers and employees across the organisation on the employee lifecycle. Working with the People Strategy this will develop a culture of continuous improvement by providing the best service and standards to customers on all HR issues and to ensure operational performance targets are met.
