We are passionate about the value of our public services and are looking for you to work as part of our highly customer-focused lettings service that meets a diverse range of needs within the community.
There are two full time, permanent posts available. You will be mainly located at our Bernard Weatherill House offices in Croydon and work 36 hours per week, undertaking occasional visits.
We are looking for applicants who are keen to make a positive contribution as well as having:
- Experience of working in a lettings environment, or similar customer orientated service
- Ability to manage customers in a sensitive manner and according to their individual needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team and champion new ways of working
- Ability to manage your own workload, sometimes under pressure
- Ability to be able to use a variety of different IT systems, have excellent organisational, communication and numeracy skills
- To be able to drive or use public transport for occasionally visiting out properties in the borough, if required – Zip cars can be provided.
