Mobility Support Team Leader
To manage a comprehensive, effective and efficient mobility support service to customers, that complies with statutory requirements, guidelines and established codes of practice.
To manage the mobility support team in providing specialist advice and guidance on all aspects of work related to Blue Badges; Disabled Persons Freedom Passes and Taxicards and ensure that all Customer, Members and Senior Officers enquiries are resolved by the means of information provision and the establishing and maintaining of appropriate procedures.
