Salary range: £60,042 - £67,469 p.a. inc.

Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

The Post
As Income, Support and Home Ownership Manager you will be responsible for leading a several teams and deliver great services for Brent Council Tenants and Leaseholders.
You will have three key areas in your remit, Income Collection, Business Support and Rent Accounting and Home Ownership services for leaseholders. All three areas are high performing and committed to continuously striving to be better.
You will lead on driving forward new initiatives that maximise income collection but also prioritise financial inclusion. It is an opportunity to transform how we engage with leaseholders and develop and establish a new offer that drives up satisfaction.
This is a dynamic role that provides an opportunity to engage with many stakeholders across the organisation.
With responsibility for collecting over £70 million in rent each year, we need someone who understands and prioritises the importance of income collection.
The Person
We are looking for someone who is a perfect balance. You should lead with both your heart and your head, value creating structure and good foundations but champion change and testing new ways or working and be both a performance and people manager.
As a service, our culture is important to us as, is providing the very best service to our residents. You should be dynamic and able to work across multiple work streams, position yourself as a go to person for getting things done and have excellent financial management skills.
As part of the Management team, you will be an integral part of how we as a landlord operate and building positive working relationships will be essential to this. We want you to be as passionate about working on social housing as we are and experience within the sector is essential.
