Safeguarding Officer
Eastlea Community School is seeking to appoint an experienced and diligent Safeguarding Officer from September 2022 who can work on their own initiative whilst being a good team player. They will need both sensitivity and robustness in order to ensure that children’s wellbeing and safety is at the heart of everything the school stands for.
They will need to be a confident, professional & approachable communicator, as they will be liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including staff, students, parents and the wider community.
The successful applicants should have good time management skills, be able to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach to work as priorities could change at short notice. A good level of all Microsoft Office Suite applications and excellent numeracy, literacy and ICT skills are essential.
