Peabody Trust are seeking a Service Manager to ensure high quality, recovery focused and trauma informed support is provided across our mental health support services in London. You will be responsible and accountable for the development and performance of services delivered within our mental health serviceYou will manage front line managers and others responsible for the direct delivery of services.   You will work with your team to ensure that all provision is of a high standard

This post covers mental health accommodation, hospital discharge and floating support services across 7 Local Authorities across North and South London. You will work in conjunction with our other Service Manager for Mental Health in London and responsibilities will be divided up on a geographical basis. The post will require travel across London to ensure service standards, contract compliance and good practise is maintained.
