Asset Programme Manager
We’re looking for someone exceptional who wants to make a difference and strives in a challenging environment. If you have a proven track record in programme management including understanding of project scoping and design, project planning, resource planning, forecasting, financial management and reporting, then a fabulous opportunity has arisen to join us as an Asset Programme Manager.
In this exciting opportunity, you will:
- Support the Head of Strategic Asset Management in the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy in making the best use of our property assets and providing sector leading asset management services through the management of an accurate and robust stock data collection and analysis programme.
- Develop expertise in Programme Management module of Apex to ensure production of programmes, delivery of planned works and update of asset condition information and lifecycle planning through timely and accurate recording of planned investment work undertaken.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly cost and capital reports using the Asset management databases. Work closely with the property services re-investment and finance department to ensure the reports are fully reconciled to the finance ledgers and component reports and variances are explained.
- Supporting and assisting budget holders in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts using the Asset Management databases to ensure they are in line with programmed works. Support and assist Home Ownership with recovery of leaseholder cost contribution.
What you'll need
- You’ll have previous experience of working in a similar role as a Programme Manager or Asset Manager.
- You’ll have experience of producing statistical and performance reports and work programmes from an asset database.
- You’ll be pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk. Designing solutions for varied internal/external clients.
- You’ll have excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- You’ll have knowledge and experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improved services and performance.
