Looking to join a Housing Organisation with a difference and enjoy being out of the office meeting customers? The Church of England Pensions Boards’ Housing Team manages around 1,700 homes across England and Wales together with 7 supported housing schemes.  These are home to those who have retired from stipendiary ministry within the Church.

With strong technical skills and focus on delivering excellent customer services you will specify, procure, oversee and manage larger major works to occupied properties along with void refurbishments.

You will feel confident in engaging with customers as well as contractors and consultants.

We are looking for two Complex Case and Void Managers to join our team. Each post holder will be allocated to one of 3 regions as their primary working area. As the post holder will be required to visit properties on a frequent basis the postholder should be based in (or close to) their working region. We are looking to appoint to the following regions: -

South West (including: Truro, Exeter, Bath & Wells, Salisbury, Winchester, Bristol, Gloucester, South Wales)

South East (including; Portsmouth, Guildford, Chichester, Southwark, London, Chelmsford, St Albans, Oxford, Canterbury)

Mid; (including: Ipswich, Norwich, Ely, Peterborough, Durham, Hereford, Litchfield, Birmingham, Chester, Derby, Southwell & Nottingham, Lincoln, North Wales)

Within your application please state which region(s) you are interested in applying for.

This role will require significant travel and includes a £3,600 per annum (paid monthly) essential car user allowance.

Although empathy for the aim and values of the Church is important, we are welcoming applicants from all faith or none.
