We are a leading provider of free-to-use framework agreements used by local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to procure works, products and services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings.

About the role

We have a great opportunity for a Group Quality & Compliance Manager to join us. You will be responsible for creation and maintenance of all group policies and communications ensuring group awareness of performance, quality and sustainability activities to meet LHC strategic objectives. You will be responsible for the management and administration of our quality management systems, ensuring that regular audit, management review and group objectives are achieved to facilitate continuing registration. To audit the internal systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 14001, formulate and manage the audit programme, arrange regular auditing in accordance with the BMS, liaise with external auditors and carry out internal and third party audits of key stakeholders, ensure all new starters are inducted into the BMS and existing employees are informed of the revision of procedures and assist with the general administration of the BMS.

We are looking for someone that is proactive, focused, organized with excellent audit and process management skills.

You will work collaboratively across the organization embedding centralized, standard, and consistent policies and practices.

You are an emotionally intelligent individual that communicates with stakeholders in a concise, confident, and knowledgeable manner. You are a dynamic and intuitive thinker that can detect potential problems and provide solutions before they occur.

You are just as passionate about process compliance and quality standards with the ability to take decisive action and provide recommendations to ensure organisational accreditation is not compromised.
