This post is an exciting opportunity to join the Healthy Lifestyles Team in Brighton and Hove. The team is part of Public Health and is committed to making the city a place where everyone has the best opportunity to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life.
To support this ambition, you will be coordinating and delivering work which supports older people to make and maintain healthy changes to their lifestyles, and, to reduce their risk of falls and fractures. You will work with some great partners in the city council and with a diverse group of citywide organisations.
Your day-to-day work will encompass building and leading partnerships for health improvement, coordinating and delivering citywide training, giving talks and presentations to professionals and members of the public, developing support pathways, and leading on health promotion campaigns.
The role involves working creatively and collaboratively with colleagues from within our dynamic team and with external partners from across the city. Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
