Redbridge is an ambitious, diverse and exciting east-London borough. What we do is driven by changing our relationship with local people to support our vision. As a result, we've developed innovative ways to build our communities and transform our Council.

We're one of the fastest growing parts of the country and the third most diverse London borough. Our communities are attracted by a mixture of excellent schools, relatively affordable housing, high-quality open space and rapid transport connections into the heart of the City.

Within Redbridge, the Strategy Directorate is at the heart of our vision for change. Bringing together strategy, policy, transformation, business intelligence and analysis, and communications. We combine our skills to help the borough understand and solve its most complex problems. Our team tackle a variety of strategy and policy issues to deliver our priorities. You can read more about our ambitions here: Borough Plan and the Council’s Strategic Delivery Plan.

To achieve these priorities, we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a critical role within the Policy, Equalities and Communities Team. The Policy Project Officer will have experience working on policy development, be capable of interpreting complex data and communicating it clearly to a range of audiences. You will be comfortable working in a flexible environment working across teams and directorates to deliver common goals.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be at the heart of change and broaden your skills and knowledge.
