Group Director of Assets and Sustainability
As our new Group Director of Assets and Sustainability, you’ll manage and maintain Notting Hill Genesis’s assets strategically, undertaking property disposal and stock rationalisation and taking a lead on the sustainability agenda to further enhance our portfolio and income.
Reporting directly to the chief executive, you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of asset management and sustainability, delivering real change in how we operate.
You will head up an 80-strong team led by two directors and focusing on strategic asset management, asset redevelopment, cyclical works, and property compliance, as well as on the environmental and sustainability agenda.
We are committed to delivering quality homes and services for each of the 66,537 properties we either own or manage and making good on our pledge that all our new-build homes will have energy performance certificates (EPC) of band C or above by 2030.
Future plans include reducing our net carbon emissions to zero by 2050 and undertaking a strategic review of our business practices to achieve that, from better understanding the environmental, social and governance credentials of our suppliers, to considering the environmental impact of the benefits we provide to our staff.
